Bareskrim Polri has handed over three suspects and various pieces of evidence in the Net89 bogus investment case to the Public Prosecutor’s Office in West Jakarta. The suspects include Reza Shahrani and Ferdi Iwan, who served as Sub-Exchangers for NET89, and Yakob Wahyu Nugroho, the Founder and Exchanger of NET89.

Assets: Include land, buildings, vehicles, cash, and other valuable items.
The handover, which took place at the West Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office on Tuesday (25/3/2025), also included case files and additional evidence. Among the items are vehicles owned by suspect RS, including a BMW X7 estimated at 1 billion Rupiah and a white 2021 Peugeot 3008 estimated at 300 million Rupiah.
In addition to the vehicles, other evidence from RS, such as a bandana, a bicycle, cash, and four-wheeled vehicles, was also submitted. The investigation is part of a money laundering case involving the diversion of funds from criminal activities.
Possible Increase in Suspects:
The number of suspects in the Net89 bogus investment case may increase as the investigation progresses. The police are looking into potential connections to money laundering. Previously, four other suspects were handed over, bringing the total to 7 out of the 14 individuals identified in the case.
